Help with RangeOps for iPhone and iPad.
RangeOps follows the range status you report. While you've marked the range hot, editing and target review are hidden. While it's cold or unknown, recording a shot string is hidden. Each time the app opens or goes to the background, the status resets to unknown until you confirm it again.
It stops the checklist in the app only. It doesn't notify the range or anyone else. Always follow the range's own cease-fire procedure.
Photograph or import the paper target during a cold period, mark the paper corners if the photo is at an angle, mark a known distance to calibrate, then mark the aim point and each impact. RangeOps needs at least two impacts to measure a group.
Settings has options to delete a closed session or erase every local record and image.
